Therapy for Adults

People come to therapy for different reasons.  Some struggle with anxiety or depression.  Others want to heal from painful experiences.  Maybe they can’t figure out exactly why they are unhappy.  Some feel unsteady after a loss, a move, a job change, or becoming a parent. They may find life responsibilities overwhelming. Some are trying to identify who they are and what they want out of life.  Others find romantic or family relationships challenging or hurtful.
